Ans 2. From personal experience, I dealt with Human Resources a lot during the hiring, interview, and processing phase. Social media like Facebook is a big concern about this, I can not blame the employer for judging a certain individual if he or she are posting inappropriate pictures and or behaviors in social media for everyone to see.
